Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your footwear order anytime before it is dispatched from our workshop. To cancel an order, simply visit My Orders or reach out to our customer care via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number.

2. Automatic Stock & Refund Processing

Upon order cancellation:

• Reserved footwear items are automatically returned to available store inventory.
• For prepaid orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking), 100% refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

If your parcel has already been handed over to our courier partner, you can simply refuse delivery at your doorstep when the courier executive arrives. The parcel will be returned to us, and a full refund will be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.
