Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Doorstep Size Replacement

We want you to experience the utmost comfort in every step. If the footwear size you ordered does not fit perfectly, you can initiate a size exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Our courier executive will arrive at your doorstep to deliver the replacement pair and collect the old pair.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

• Footwear must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition (please try on footwear indoors on a clean surface/carpet).
• Original brand box, tags, and packaging materials must be intact.

3. Refund Process

For approved returns, refunds are initiated within 48 hours of quality inspection at our warehouse. Prepaid online orders are credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Card). For Cash on Delivery orders, a secure bank transfer link is shared to receive direct IMPS/NEFT transfers.
