Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Free Shipping Threshold

All orders with a subtotal of ₹999 or above automatically qualify for FREE standard express delivery across India. For orders below this threshold, a flat delivery fee of ₹79 is applicable.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Every footwear item undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality check before packaging. Orders are dispatched from our central warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
• Remote Locations / North East: 6 to 8 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees), an automated SMS and WhatsApp message containing your AWB tracking number will be sent. You can also track your shipment live on our Track Order page.
